2010 Battle of the Buckets
Including the 50cc NZ GP

Saturday the 7th of August. Sign in will start at 7:40 and we aim to be on track at 9am
This event will also provide racing for Motards, Pre82/89, Streetstock.
We aim to have a minimum of 6 rounds for every class, so a lot of track time is available.
We have been lucky with the date available because its the same weekend as another race meet so we can have two days racing for those that will travel the extra distance.

The battle Of the Buckets is a hour long endurance race for F4 and F5 bikes. This meet has been held for many years but more recently come back with a new excitement, from old hand racers to new and even riders from all over New Zealand, this meeting has a serious hype.
In 06 and 07 the race was held in the morning of a BEARs meeting so a practice, sprint race and the battle was crammed in. In 08 the BMRC hired Ruapuna and with the help of streetstock we had a full days racing including the battle and a special F5 Grand Prix race.
